2. Retrieve your API Key
A public API key is required to initialize the SDK.
If you already have an account on the 0xArc App - you're one step closer to getting started. Below we'll walk you through the process of retrieving your API key.
If you don't already have an account, you can get started in a few minutes by creating a project on the 0xArc App.
I already have an account on the 0xArc App
If you already have an account on the 0xArc App, you can retrieve your API key from the 0xArc App.
- Navigate to the 0xArc App.
- Click on the Projects dropdown at the top of the sidebar on the left.

- Click on the "Project Settings" option

- Your API key is displayed to the right of the "API Key" section. Click it to copy it to your clipboard.

I don't have an account on the 0xArc App
If you don't have an account on the 0xArc App, you can create one by visiting the 0xArc App. This link will walk you through the process of creating a project and retrieving your API key.
API Key Security
Note, since it is a public key, you can safely expose it to the client.
We highly recommend that you restrict the whitelisted domains to avoid abuse of your SDK by malicious actors.
You can update the whitelisted domains under your API key in the project settings as outlined in step 4 above.
